Software System Requirements

This article provides the system requirements for the CivilGEO engineering software.

Before installing our software, it is important that you verify that your computer meets, or exceeds, the minimum system requirements for operation. If your computer system does not meet the minimum requirements, problems can occur while running the software, and at the operating system level.

Workstation Licensing


The software needs to be installed on an individual computer and the user can then use it on that computer.

Network Licensing


The network license service needs to be installed on any physical computer or virtual computer. The software can be installed on any physical computer or virtual computer. The software will communicate with the network license service through the LAN (Local Area Network).

Minimum Intel® Pentium® 4 or AMD Athlon® 64 processor

Memory

  • 8 GB RAM (minimum)
  • 12 GB RAM (recommended)

Display Resolution

  • 1280 x 1024 (minimum)
  • 1600 x 1200 or higher (recommended)

Display Card

Windows display adapter capable of 1280 x 1024 with True Color capabilities and DirectX9. DirectX11 compliant card recommended.

Hard Disk

  • 1 GB for installation (downloaded file)
  • 3 GB for program files

Pointing Device

MS-Mouse compliant device

Browser

Internet Explorer® 9.0 (or later)

.NET Framework

Microsoft .NET Framework Version 4.5
